The Netherlands
United Kingdom
If sites from other countries rank high enough to show up in those results, they could be included.
For example, a site based in Japan might rank for searches done in Canada and the US, but that would be shown as results from Google.ca and Google.com, respectively.
As a rule of thumb, though, we don't have full results for any countries outside of those listed above.
